STEP 2 - Reference Plane

Firstly, create a reference plane to indicate the frame width , go to Create> Reference Plane > Draw a Reference Plan on left and right side of the given frame. Then, go Annotate > Aligned and label the width of the reference plan that had been drawn. Next, select the both dimensions and go to the modify tab and click Label to create a name for the dimensions. Modify> Label (arrow down) > Add Parameter ( To create new label). For me I created the Inner Frame Width first.
